HAPPITUDE PROGRAM

IMPLEMENTING A STRATEGY WHERE YOUR TEAM’S HAPPINESS IS PART OF YOUR TEAM’S CULTURE:  4-STEP INTERACTIVE PROGRAM

 

The Happitude Package is a process designed for teams, project groups, departments and team leaders. The comprehensive, interactive program uses analysis and reflection, group knowledge sharing and discussion, team engagement and structured follow-up to learn and apply skills for happiness:

1 – ANALYSIS

(advance of workshop)


During the 1
st phase of the Happitude Package, we will begin by analyzing what obstacles impact your team and reflecting on the current state of the workplace.

Depending on the needs of your organization, tactics may include employee assessments, leading research and indicators to evaluate happiness impacts on business objectives and actions.

2 – AWARENESS

(part of the full day workshop)


During the 2nd phase of the process, I will introduce your team to the science of happiness and leading insights of workplace well-being. By creating awareness of the topic, your team will begin to understand the correlation between performance and happiness can be instilled in the workplace.

3 – ENGAGEMENT

(full day workshop)


Engagement is essential to application. During this 3rd phase, we will brainstorm the challenges we outline during the analysis (for example: lack of recognition, communication, stress, sense of belonging, etc.).  Engaging each participant on both the positive and negative aspects of the work environment are essential to making “happiness at work” come alive.

Duration – phase 2 and 3:
minimum 1 day

4 – FOLLOW-UP

(after the workshop)


This final phase of the
Happitude Package  is designed to formally follow-up with the management and team on action plans outlined in the workshop.

Support includes regularly scheduled calls with your team and applying the learnings from the workshop to your workplace. The goal is to not only apply your learnings to the workplace but to maintain the vision of happiness.

Duration: 6 months or more depending on the scope of the action plan and management agreement.

Personal engagement and creativity along with interest in finding solutions to performance issues impacting your team
are critical to the success of the program.
